Are there different user accounts for managers and non-managers?
Yes - Each user will have a specific level of access depending upon their role within the company.
My employees have multiple jobs throughout the day. Can I track time on individual jobs as well as the entire day?
Yes - Employees have the option to log time for specific projects while remaining on the clock during the day.
Can I see the exact location of where my employee clocked in?
Yes - When using the smartphone app the time and location is automatically recorded. Managers can confirm that employee is on the job site when clocking in.
I don't have a smart phone. How can I clock in?
For users who do not have access to our smart phone app a physical time clock or Ipad kiosk can be set up in a central location. This will allow users to clock in even without access to the app.
